Team News: Alberto Gilardino handed Palermo debut

Palermo have named Alberto Gilardino in the starting lineup for this afternoon's Serie A match against Carpi.

The 33-year-old joined the Rosanero at the end of August from Chinese club Guangzhou Evergrande, but has been forced to wait to make his debut.

Franco Vazquez and Robin Quaison will be expected to provide him with support in the attack.

Capri have named Jerry Mbakogu and Ryder Matos as their forward pairing, as they look to win their first match since gaining promotion to the top flight.
