Mansfield Town sign Notts County defender Blair Adams on loan

Mansfield Town have signed Notts County full-back Blair Adams on a one-month loan deal.

The 24-year-old made 42 appearances in all competitions last season, but has featured just twice this term.

With that in mind, Mansfield manager Adam Murray has moved to bring in the defender on a short-term deal.

"He is a player who we feel will fit in to our philosophy," Murray told the club's official website.

"He has an excellent pedigree. As a full-back he is attack-minded, quick and technically excellent."

Mansfield currently lie in fourth place in the League Two table.
