Crystal Palace vs. Nottingham Forest team news: How has Nuno Espirito Santo reacted to Brentford defeat?

Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest starting lineups confirmed: Stick or twist for Nuno?

Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest have announced their starting XIs for Monday's Premier League fixture at Selhurst Park.

On the back of Thursday's 2-0 defeat at home to Brentford, Nuno Espirito Santo had plenty to ponder ahead of the trip to London.

However, the Forest head coach has opted to make just the two alterations to his side, one enforced due to an injury to Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Ryan Yates has also dropped out of the engine room, with Ibrahim Sangare and Nicolas Dominguez the duo to come into the side.

That means that the likes of Jota Silva and Ramon Sosa have to make do with a spot on the substitutes' bench.

How do Palace line up after FA Cup semi-final?

Palace have had over a week of recovery time since their emphatic 3-0 victory over Aston Villa in the FA Cup semi-finals.

As a result, Oliver Glasner has opted to select an unchanged starting lineup, even with the Eagles outsiders to earn a spot in the top 10 of the table come the end of the season.

Jefferson Lerma, Will Hughes and Eddie Nketiah are all players who have to remain patient, as is Ben Chilwell who has accumulated just 136 minutes of Premier League football since his arrival on loan from Chelsea during the winter transfer window.

Crystal Palace XI: Henderson; Munoz, Richards, Lacroix, Guehi, Mitchell; Wharton, Kamada; Sarr, Mateta, Eze

Subs: Matthews, Lerma, Nketiah, Franca, Clyne, Hughes, Esse, Chilwell, Devenny

Nottingham Forest XI: Sels; Aina, Milenkovic, Murillo, Williams; Sangare, Anderson; Elanga, Gibbs-White, Dominguez; Wood

Subs: Miguel, Morato, Awoniyi, Toffolo, Jota, Yates, Sosa, Danilo, Boly
