Norwich City have confirmed the signing of midfielder Leroy Fer from FC Twente, subject to international clearance.
The 23-year-old Dutch international has penned a four-year deal with the Premier League club.
Fer is now expected to undergo a medical at Carrow Road before the end of the weekend.
Norwich are heading out to the USA on Monday for their pre-season tour.
