Norwich City are reportedly in talks with Monaco over a potential deal for Senegal forward Ibrahima Toure.
The 27-year-old, who has scored 19 goals in 23 domestic matches in France this season, recently revealed that his dream is to play in the Premier League.
According to The Mirror, the Canaries have had an opening bid of £2.5m rejected and are weighing up a second offer.
Toure has been capped four times at senior international level.
