Norwich City, Ipswich Town plan 'Old Farm' pre-season friendly?

Bitter East Anglian rivals Norwich City and Ipswich Town could face each other in a pre-season friendly this summer.

According to TWTD.co.uk, the pair are in advanced talks regarding a late-July meeting at Norwich's ground Carrow Road.

The match, sometimes referred to as the 'Old Farm derby', hasn't taken place since the 2010-11 season, when Norwich got promoted to the Premier League.

That year the Canaries claimed the bragging rights with a 4-1 victory at home and then a 5-1 triumph at Portman Road.
