Half-Time Report: Goalless between Northern Ireland, Hungary

Northern Ireland's bid to qualify for Euro 2016 remains on course as they are goalless at half time against Hungary at Windsor Park.

Northern Ireland's bid to qualify for Euro 2016 remains on course, as Michael O'Neill's charges hold Hungary to a goalless draw at the halfway point of their Group F clash at Windsor Park.

The first chance of the game fell to Balazs Dzsudzsak, whose effort from 20 yards out whizzed just wide of the right post.

The hosts countered through Chris Brunt as his free kick from just outside the box soared into danger but was smartly plucked out of the air by Gabor Kiraly.

Oliver Norwood was next to challenge the Hungary goalkeeper through another set piece, but the 25th-minute free kick from long range was confidently thwarted by the ex-Crystal Palace stopper.

Hungary remained tight at the back despite Northern Ireland finding their feet as the match went on, but overall there were few concrete chances as the first half ended with both sides all square.
