Montreal Impact have extended their winning streak to three matches with a narrow victory over New England Revolution at Gillette Stadium.

Sanna Nyassi scored the game's only goal on 61 minutes, rifling a right-footed shot into the top right corner from 20 yards.

The result was harsh on New England, who went close to equalising through Saer Sene, Kelyn Rowe and Kelyn Rowe.

Montreal and New England remain sixth and eighth respectively in the Eastern Conference table.
