Team News: Rafael van der Vaart, Klaas-Jan Huntelaar start for Holland

Rafael van der Vaart and Klaas-Jan Huntelaar have been included in the Holland starting lineup for this evening's final group encounter against Portugal.

The duo have taken the places of Ibrahim Afellay and Mark van Bommel, both of whom drop to the bench.

Helder Postiga will continue to lead the line for Portugal, who have handed a starting role to Silvestre Valera.
