Reports have suggested that Marek Hamsik will be fit for Napoli's Serie A clash with Parma this Saturday.

The Slovakian was thought to have been a doubt for the match at the Stadio San Paolo after picking up a knock in his country's 2-0 victory over Poland on Friday.

However, Football Italia reports that he has been passed fit following a medical examination, which will aid Partenopei's cause as they chase down a four-point gap to leaders Roma.

Hamsik has weighed in with six goals in 11 games so far this season.
