Fulham see off Motherwell

Fulham have made it two wins out of three in pre-season with a 2-0 victory at Motherwell.

The visitors took the lead with 19 minutes on the clock as Cameron Burgess met Chris David's corner to head in.

Lasse Vigen Christensen and Kay Voser both had further chances during a dominant first half for Fulham, but they were unable to double their side's advantage.

However, the Cottagers made it 2-0 eight minutes into the second half when debutant Kostas Stafylidis's effort sneaked over the line.

Recent signing Ross McCormack almost opened his account for Fulham late on, though his long-range drive was kept out by Dan Twardzik.
