David Williams fires Melbourne Heart to victory

David Williams struck an 82nd-minute winner and helped Melbourne Heart to a 2-1 victory over Perth Glory in the A-League.

The encounter kicked into gear five minutes after the restart following a goalless opening half, as Patrick Kisorbno leapt highest to head home a Mate Dugandzic cross.

The advantage was cancelled out on 73 minutes, with Steven McGarry smashing home the equaliser.

However, Williams was on hand to nudge Heart into the lead once more by heading home what proved the winner in the final eight minutes of the contest.
