Wayne Rooney 'happy at Manchester United, not interested in Paris Saint-Germain'

Rooney 'never wanted PSG move'

Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney reportedly has no intentions of leaving Old Trafford this summer amid speculation of a potential move to Paris Saint-Germain.

Former PSG sports adviser Michael Moulin was quoted as saying that a deal for Rooney to move to the Ligue 1 outfit was "done", despite United manager Sir Alex Ferguson quashing exit talk surrounding his striker.

Despite reports of a possible summer move, Rooney wants to extend his contract with the Red Devils and has no interest in moving to the Parc des Princes, according to Sky Sports News.

Reports have also claimed that Moulin, who worked for PSG for a month around four years ago, could have made the claims in order to drive people to read his media publications.
