Jadon Sancho 'sets out one key condition for Manchester United move'

Jadon Sancho 'sets out condition for Man Utd move'

Borussia Dortmund attacker Jadon Sancho is reportedly waiting to see if Manchester United qualify for the Champions League before deciding whether to join the club.

The Red Devils are believed to be leading the way for the England international, despite stiff competition from Spanish giants Real Madrid and domestic rivals Chelsea.

Sancho hinted last week that he is set for a move to Old Trafford, with United said to be willing to pay the £100m Dortmund are after for the 20-year-old.

According to The Athletic, though, the transfer depends on one key condition - United must first book a place in next season's Champions League group stage.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men are fifth in the Premier League with nine matches to play, which should be enough to qualify for UEFA's flagship competition given Manchester City's looming European ban.

The report indicates that Sancho will consider a move to Chelsea should United miss out on a top-five finish.
