Inter Milan reportedly have to sell Mauro Icardi this summer if they wish to proceed with an approach for Manchester United forward Romelu Lukaku.
However, Inter must also find a way to fulfill their obligations with FFP, meaning that sales would need to take place in order to accommodate the arrival of Lukaku.
According to The Telegraph, Inter will need to raise funds through the sale of Icardi to put themselves in a position to push through a deal for the Belgium international.
The report claims that the Italian giants are attempting to use Icardi in part-exchange for Lukaku, although there is seemingly little desire from United's side.
Icardi found himself out of the first-team picture during the second half of the season due to off-the-pitch issues.
