Sir Alex Ferguson angered by Paul Pogba's lack of respect

Ferguson fires parting shot at Pogba

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has confirmed that Paul Pogba is to leave the club and has blasted the French midfielder's conduct.

Pogba is poised to seal a move to Italian champions Juventus after becoming frustrated at a lack of first-team chances at Old Trafford.

Ferguson has expressed his disappointment at Pogba's behaviour and his lack of respect for United.

"Pogba signed for Juventus a long time ago as far as we're aware," Ferguson told MUTV.

"It's a bit disappointing because I don't think he showed us any respect at all. To be honest, if they carry on that way, I'm quite happy that he's away from me anyway."

Pogba made just seven appearances for United last season and will be hoping for a fresh start in Serie A once the deal is officially completed.
