Fenerbahce have reportedly reignited their interest in Manchester United striker Robin van Persie.
The Netherlands international was linked with the Turkish outfit during the summer transfer window, but the forward stayed put at Old Trafford following the arrival of new manager Louis van Gaal.
According to the Daily Star, Fenerbahce have been in touch with Van Persie's representatives, but a possible January move has been ruled out.
It is unclear whether the 31-year-old, who signed for the Red Devils from Arsenal in 2012, will remain at United beyond this season.
