Antonio Conte has reportedly expressed his anger at Inter Milan's failure to complete the transfer of Romelu Lukaku from Manchester United before the club embarked on their pre-season tour this week.
The Italian, who attempted to sign Lukaku as Chelsea manager in 2017, has made it clear that signing the striker was a priority for his first summer in charge at the San Siro.
United have taken a firm stance in negotiations, insisting they would only sell Lukaku if they made a profit on the £75m they paid for him two years ago.
According to The Mirror, Conte has been left fuming by Inter's inability to land Lukaku's signature prior to the club's pre-season tour of Asia.
Inter's latest offer to United for Lukaku is thought to total £62.8m, with the Italian club proposing an elongated payment schedule whereby they pay £8.9m this summer for a loan deal with an obligation to buy, before paying United two installments of £26.9m in 2020 and 2021.body check tags ::
