Manchester United are supposedly set to carry on training as normal during the Premier League's suspension amid the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.

Manchester United will reportedly continue to carry out their normal training regime amid the Premier League's postponement due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Following the news that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta and Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi tested positive for COVID-19, all Premier League matches have been suspended until April 3 at the earliest.

Several teams have also seen their training centres closed due to fears over the virus, but according to The Mirror, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his players will proceed with training as normal during the suspension period.

The report also claims that the Red Devils may decide to play matches behind closed doors against other teams in order to maintain match fitness, although a decision on this has not yet been reached by the club.

Solskjaer's team thrashed Austrian side LASK Linz 5-0 in the first leg of their Europa League last-16 clash on Thursday, but all matches in the Champions League and Europa League have also been suspended.

The Premier League are scheduled to hold an emergency meeting next Thursday in order to map out an action plan for the remainder of the season.
