Tom Cleverley is keen on scoring more goals for Manchester United after finding the target against Newcastle United on Sunday.

Manchester United midfielder Tom Cleverley hopes to score more goals after breaking his duck in the Premier League for the Red Devils on Sunday.

The 23-year-old was on target for United in their 3-0 win against Newcastle United at St James' Park.

"My two goals have both come against Newcastle but, in general, I think I'm getting into goalscoring positions now," he said. "At the start of the season, it just wasn't going in.

"I had one cleared off the line at Everton and for England so, fortunately, I'm finding the back of the net now and hopefully I can go on a run."

United are currently second in the league table with 15 points from seven matches, four points behind leaders Chelsea.
