Man United injury, suspension news vs. Lyon: Latest on Matthijs de Ligt, Joshua Zirkzee

Manchester United are back in action on Thursday evening when they play host to Lyon in the second leg of their Europa League quarter-final.

The two teams are locked at 2-2 on aggregate after Lyon scored a last-gasp equaliser in the opening fixture of this tie.

Since then, United have succumbed to a 4-1 defeat at the hands of Newcastle United in the Premier League, leaving them in 14th position in the table.

Matthijs de Ligt has missed Man United's last three matches after he appeared to sustain an ankle injury in Man United's defeat to Nottingham Forest earlier this month. As it stands, it is unclear when the Netherlands international will return.

Toby Collyer has been absent from the last four matchday squads. Amorim confirmed last week that the 21-year-old has a leg problem, which is expected to keep him out of action for a "few weeks".

Lisandro Martinez has been unavailable since he sustained an anterior cruciate ligament injury in February's Premier League clash with Crystal Palace.
