Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli, currently enjoying a couple of days off, appeared unannounced at the unveiling of the new Inter Milan boss Andrea Stramaccioni on Tuesday.
The 21-year-old is seen shaking hands with Inter chiefs partway through the press conference before sliding out of the exit.
