Joe Hart granted permission to leave England training camp

Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart leaves England's training camp to reportedly push through his proposed loan move to Torino.

The Football Association has confirmed that Joe Hart has been granted permission to leave England's training camp to finalise his Manchester City exit.

It was not revealed where the 29-year-old was heading, but it has been widely reported that Italian side Torino lead the race for his signature and are hopeful of finalising a loan move on Tuesday after laying on a private jet.

Hart, who has slipped further down the goalkeeping pecking order at the Etihad Stadium following the arrival of Claudio Bravo from Barcelona, is expected to undergo a medical in Turin tomorrow before getting a season-long loan move over the line.

Asked to comment on the Englishman's potential arrival, Torino sporting director Gianluca Petrachi is quoted by Sky Sports News as saying: "The goalkeeper is an idea we wanted to follow. If it's Hart then good, otherwise we will certainly be doing something in the market for that role."

Sunderland, Everton and Liverpool are among the Premier League sides to have been linked with a move for Hart, but no concrete offer was made and the former Shrewsbury Town stopper is said to be keen on a switch to Italian football.

Torino, currently managed by Sinisa Mihajlovic, finished 12th in Serie A last season and have taken three points from the first six on offer this term.
