Manchester City return to Premier League action on Saturday afternoon when they play host to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Having watched Chelsea slip up at West Ham United, City moved to the top of the standings with a 3-1 victory away at Watford last weekend.
However, Pep Guardiola watched his side succumb to defeat at RB Leipzig in the Champions League on Tuesday night, an occasion which saw two players needed to be withdrawn through injury.
Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Man City's injury and suspension news ahead of the contest at the Etihad Stadium.
Ferran Torres
Status: Out Type of injury: Foot Possible return date: Unknown
Torres will be sidelined until 2022 as he battles his way back from a foot fracture, but the Spaniard is being heavily linked with a January move to Barcelona anyway.
Phil Foden
Status: Major doubt Type of injury: Ankle Possible return date: December 11 (vs. Wolves)
After withdrawing Foden against Leipzig, Guardiola said that Foden had been "struggling a bit" with his ankle. While the substitution was described as a precaution, the playmaker is a doubt for the weekend.
Nathan Ake
Status: Major doubt Type of injury: Back Possible return date: December 11 (vs. Wolves)
Ake was also taken off during the game in midweek, Guardiola citing a back injury as the reason. Although the Dutchman could feature among the replacements, he will not start this game.
MAN CITY'S SUSPENSION LIST
Benjamin Mendy
Status: Out Possible return date: Unknown
Subject to a police charge, Mendy remains suspended by the club as he awaits trial in January.
