Report: Malaga want Jeremy Toulalan reunion

A report claims that Malaga want to re-sign French midfielder Jeremy Toulalan from Malaga.

Malaga are reportedly keen on bringing former cult hero Jeremy Toulalan back to the Spanish club.

The 31-year-old is currently in the final six months of his contract with Monaco and it is understood that both parties are keen to seek pastures new.

The Frenchman represented Malaga between 2011 and 2013, but was sold to Monaco due to financial problems at the Spanish club.

According to Cadena SER, Malaga have presented a contract offer to Toulalan and are hopeful of re-signing the defensive midfielder before the end of the month, should they agree a price with his current club.

Atletico Madrid are also said to be monitoring proceedings.
