Reported Liverpool target Kurt Zouma has insisted that he will remain at Saint-Etienne for this season amid speculation linking him with a move away.
The 18-year-old is considered to be one of the best young defenders in Europe and has apparently impressed the Reds during his 40 senior appearances for his Ligue 1 club.
Atletico Madrid, Anzhi Makhachkala and Wolfsburg are also thought to be admirers of Zouma, but the Frenchman has stressed that he has no intentions of leaving his homeland this summer.
He told Le Progres: "There was a lot of noise this summer about a transfer for me. I can only say one thing - I will be at St Etienne this season, for sure."
Zouma has been capped for France at Under-20 level, and is contracted to Saint-Etienne until 2017.
