Pepe Reina can leave Liverpool for £4m due to contract clause?

A reported clause in Pepe Reina's contract could result in the goalkeeper leaving Liverpool for as little as £4m.

Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina could reportedly permanently leave Anfield for as little as £4m at the end of the season.

While the Spaniard is contracted to the Merseyside outfit for a further two years, the shot-stopper has suggested that his Liverpool career could come to an end.

According to the Daily Mail, a clause in the contract of the 31-year-old, who is said to have attracted interest from La Liga side Atletico Madrid, allows the goalkeeper to leave for just £4m.

Reina is currently on loan for the season at Serie A side Napoli under former Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez.
