Madrid 'will not move for Mbappe until PSG are willing to sell'

Real Madrid have reportedly signalled to Paris Saint-Germain that they will not make a move for Kylian Mbappe until the French champions are willing to sell.

The 22-year-old's future in Paris remains the subject of much speculation, with his current deal in the French capital due to expire in the summer of 2022.

A recent report claimed that Mbappe was prepared to sign a new long-term deal with PSG with a view to joining the Spanish champions within the next two years.

Madrid are unlikely to have the required funds to sign the France international this year due to the financial impact of the coronavirus outbreak.

According to Marca, the hierarchy at the Spanish club have decided not to officially move for the World Cup winner until PSG are ready to part ways with him as there is 'complete respect between the two clubs'.

Mbappe, who also continues to be linked with Liverpool, has scored 107 goals in 149 appearances in all competitions for his current side since arriving from Monaco.
