Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur plot Olivier Kemen bid?

Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur have both reportedly expressed an interest in signing Newcastle United youngster Olivier Kemen.

The 18-year-old joined the Magpies from Metz two years ago, but he has failed to make a first-team appearance for the club.

According to L'Equipe, the midfielder is wanted by the Reds and Spurs, who are both said to have entered into negotiations for his services.

Kemen is currently representing France at the European Under-19 Championship.
