Team News: Virgil van Dijk starts for Liverpool at Bury

Virgil van Dijk will make his first pre-season start for Liverpool in Saturday's clash with Bury at Gigg Lane.

The £75m defender will line up alongside Joel Matip at centre-back, while Loris Karius keeps his position between the sticks despite a couple of shaky recent performances.

Summer signing Fabinho also starts in a Liverpool team that has Divock Origi and Daniel Sturridge in the final third of the field.

As for League Two outfit Bury, their skipper Neil Danns starts, as does 18-year-old attacker Callum Styles.
