Glen Johnson out of England squad

Liverpool defender Glen Johnson has been ruled out of England's game against the Netherlands on Wednesday.

The 27-year-old defender picked up a knock in training and has been replaced in the squad by Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott.

Tottenham Hotspur defender Kyle Walker's withdrawal leaves City defender Micah Richards as the only recognised right-back in the squad.

England interim boss Stuart Pearce will name his captain on Wednesday.
