Preview: Blackpool vs. Leeds United

Sports Mole looks ahead to Leeds United's Boxing Day trip to Blackpool.

Blackpool have a chance to reverse their recent losing form when Leeds United visit Bloomfield Road on Boxing Day.

Paul Ince's side have slipped to defeats in each of their last four matches, which in turn has seen them slip out of contention for the promotion places following a positive start to the season.

Striker Ricardo Fuller and centre-back Gary MacKenzie have both been rated doubtful for the Leeds clash with hamstring injuries, but midfielder Angel Martinez is available for selection again following a two-match suspension.

Visiting manager Brian McDermott also has a player ruled out with a ban in the form of Luke Murphy. However, defender Scott Wootton has recovered from an ankle complaint and could feature.

Leeds have not won away at Blackpool since 1967, although that is only a run that stretches back three meetings.
