Juventus claimed a 3-1 victory over 10-man Napoli in their Serie A match in Turin this evening.

Roberto Pereyra gave the Bianconeri an early lead when he raced onto Kingsley Coman's pass and slotted into the corner.

After the break, Napoli equalised through David Lopez, who followed up to score after Lorenzo Insigne's penalty had been saved by Gianluigi Buffon.

However, Stefano Sturaro curled in a second for the hosts and Simone Pepe sealed the win from the penalty spot, after Miguel Britos was sent off for headbutting Alvaro Morata.

Hello everyone! There's just two weekends left of the Serie A season and we' got a mouth-watering clash to enjoy this evening. Juventus will be looking to continue their fine run of form against a Napoli side in desperate need of a win to keep alive their Champions League hopes.

It's been another great week for Juventus, who beat Lazio in the Coppa Italia final on Wednesday to complete a domestic double. With a European cup final against Barcelona to come, a historic treble is now well within their sights.

Meanwhile, a poor run of form has seen Napoli's chances of finishing inside the top three suffer a blow. They have also been knocked out of the European League, while there are plenty of question marks over the future of Rafael Benitez and some of his players.

JUVENTUS XI: Buffon, Padoin, Barzagli, Ogbonna, Asamoah, Pogba, Marchisio, Sturaro, Pereyra, Morata, Coman

NAPOLI XI: Andujar, Maggio, Albiol, Britos, Ghoulam, Lopez, Gargano, Insigne, Callejon, Mertens, Higuain

JUVENTUS SUBS: Storari, Rubinho, Bonucci, Chiellini, De Ceglie, Evra, Pirlo, Pepe, Vidal, Tevez, Llorente, Matri

NAPOLI SUBS: Rafael, Colombo, Strinic, Henrique, Jorginho, Hamsik, Inler, Gabbiadini

As expected, Juventus have made a host of changes to the side that won the Coppa Italia in midweek. Claudio Marchisio and Alvarto Morata are back in the starting lineup after their suspensions, while Gianluigi Buffon returns in goal. There is also a place for Kwadwo Asamoah, who has not started a game since last November.

There are no wholesale changes for Napoli, who have put out a strong side this evening. Gonzalo Higuain is back in the starting lineup, with Lorenzo Insigne, Dries Mertens and Jose Callejon playing behind him. If they are in trouble there's plenty of firepower on the bench, with Marek Hamsik and Manolo Gabbiadini among the substitutes.

So, Napoli are more in need of the points today as they are three behind third placed Lazio in the table. A defeat today though would end their chances of qualifying for the Champions League if Lazio manage to pick up at least a point against their city-rivals Roma on Monday.

However, victory would see them move above Lazio due to the head-to-head record between the two teams. That would ensure a mouth-watering clash when they play on the final day of the season next Sunday in Naples.

Of course it's always a daunting task for any visiting team against Juventus, who have a stunning record at home. The Bianconeri won all 19 of their league games in front of their own supporters last year and will complete a second unbeaten season at home if they manage to avoid defeat today.

We're just a couple of minutes away from the start of the match, with both teams out on the pitch. There is such a great atmosphere in Turin and the fans will be hoping to keep the celebrations going long into the night.

KICKOFF! We are underway in Turin!

CHANCE! Very promising start for Napoli, who have the first attempt of the match when Mertens gets in down the left and sees his effort pushed behind by Buffon. They work another good opening from the resulting corner, as Lopez meets the delivery from Mertens, but Buffon is there once again to claim on the line.

Napoli will have been encouraged by looking at the Juventus lineup and the reshuffled side from Allegri have shown a few nervous signs at the back. They have already allowed a couple of decent crosses to drift across their box and Higuain will hope to take advantage of any lapses in concentration.

It's yet to really spark into life here and both teams have been giving the ball away cheaply. The onus is surely on Napoli to make all of the early running, with their Champions League hopes hanging by a thread.

GOAL! Juventus 1-0 Napoli (Roberto Pereyra)

Juventus may have made nine changes to their side, but it hasn't stopped them from taking the lead this evening. The goal comes from a wonderful team move, as Coman plays a great ball through to Pereyra, who kept his composure and slotted a great effort into the corner that left Andujar with no chance.

You just wonder what sort of response we will see from Napoli after that early setback. They were sliced opened by Coman and Benitez will be disappointed at his defenders. There is still plenty of time left to get back into the match, but Juventus have their heads up now.

The hosts are seeing plenty of the ball at the moment, although they still look a little uncertain in possession. Asamoah and Ogbonna have both nearly been caught out on a couple of occasions and they do miss the control that Pirlo usually has on the match.

SHOT! Napoli pinch the ball inside the Juventus half and it is quickly fed to Mertens. The Belgian then comes in from the left and tries to curl an effort into the top corner, but his strike heads comfortably over with Buffon left unworried.

SHOT! This is a lot better from Napoli, who are keeping the ball well and putting together some decent moves. At the end of their latest spell in possession, Lopez hammers in a low strike from around 25 yards out, but once again it fails to find the target.

Ogbonna does look to be a real liability for Juventus and he charges towards the halfway line line before being tackled by Insigne. Mertens then picks up possession and tries to burst his way through, but the winger is eventually crowded out and the move breaks down.

It's just not quite happening for Napoli at the moment and they are struggling to get in behind their opponents. They did look threatening in the early minutes when Mertens got free down the left, but they have found it tough since.

Juventus win a free kick in a very dangerous position right outside the box, after Sturaro is brought down by Britos. It's Pogba who has gone over to take it, with their usual set piece taker Pirlo off the pitch.

SHOT! Pogba does indeed take the free kick, but his curling effort goes just a few inches over the bar. Andujar was getting nowhere near that and the keeper was as relived as anyone to see it miss the target.

SHOT! The decision making from Napoli in the final third has been poor and this time Ghoulam decides to fire in a shot from out wide that goes well wide of the post. There were plenty of players up in support and it just killed any momentum that was building.

More frustration for Napoli, as a decent free kick is whipped into the box and causes all manner of trouble for the hosts. However, they are unable to test Buffon, with both Lopez and Maggio missing their kicks at the vital moment.

There will be just a minute added on to the end of this first half.

HALF-TIME: Juventus 1-0 Napoli

We've reached half time in Turin and Juventus are in the lead thanks to Roberto Pereyra's strike. The visitors haven't caused them too many problems and it looks like being another unbeaten home season in Serie A for the Bianconeri.

Juventus have dominated for large spells and they have enjoyed 57% of the possession so far. They have also had four shots on goal, which is two less than their opponents, but they have looked a lot more dangerous in the final third.

The fact that Juventus are deservedly in front just goes to show the strength in depth they have at their disposal and the all-round quality that they possess. It really is hard to see who will challenge them for the title next season and a fifth-constitutive league win looks more than likely.

Juventus take the kick off and get the second half started!

SUBSTITUTIONS: There's been a couple of changes at the break, with Juventus bringing Bonucci on for Barzagli, while Gabbiadini has come on to replace Higuain for Napoli.

SHOT! Well, this would have been a stunning goal had it gone in. Coman shows great skill to burst down the left, before he plays it to Pogba. The Frenchman then floats a wonderful ball over the top that picks out Sturaro. He is at a tight angle, but decides to go for the volley, which flashes a few yards over the bar.

PENALTY TO NAPOLI! The visitors have been given a way back into the match after being awarded a spot kick. The referee has given it for a handball by Asamoah, after the Ghanian intercepted Mertens' chipped pass into the box, although it seems like a harsh call from the referee.

GOAL! Juventus 1-1 Napoli (David Lopez)

Napoli have managed to draw level and their Champions League hopes are still alive. Insigne took the penalty, but he actually saw his effort saved brilliantly by Buffon. However, Lopez was quickly in to slot home the rebound and equalise for the visitors.

That goal has certainly shaken things up and it has provided a huge boost for the visitors. They know how vital a win is this evening and they are on the attack as they look to add a quick second.

Asamoah is not renowned for his goalscoring prowess, but he shows wonderful skill to evade a couple of challenges and drives to the edge of the Napoli box, before firing in a strike. However, it's not the greatest of hits and the ball ends up heading into the stands.

SHOT! Coman has been one of Juve's best players this evening and he bursts into the box, before pulling the ball back for Marchisio. The midfielder has space to shoot and looks to drive one into the corner, but again it's a poor finish and fails to trouble Andujar.

SHOT! This is a much better attempt on goal. Pogba is found 20 yards out from goal and he gets it onto his right foot, before bending in a powerful effort. Andujar manages to get across and hold on, but it was a very decent effort.

SHOT! If we are to have a winner today, then at the moment it looks like it's going to be Juventus. They threaten again when Morata drives through the midfield and fires in a low strike that is slightly too central and is gathered by the keeper.

Good period of the match for the visitors, as they push Juventus back on the edge of their own box. Having patiently waited for a chance, Insigne looks to free Callejon at the back post, but it is just out of his reach and Buffon allows the ball to head harmlessly out of play.

SUBSTITUTION: Napoli are making their second change of the match, with Hamsik replacing Insigne.

SAVE! If you needed a reminder of why Buffon is one of the best goalkeepers of all time, then this is certainly it. The veteran does brilliantly to tip over a stinging volley from Lopez, that for all the world looked headed for the back of the net.

SAVE! Once again Buffon comes to Juventus' rescue, as he gets across his line to block Maggio's effort at the back post following a corner. There is a resulting scramble in the middle, but Napoli just can't turn the ball home.

SUBSTITUTION: It's a change for Juventus, with Pirlo coming on to replace Marchisio.

CHANCE! Coman has caused Napoli so many problems this evening and he leaves Maggio on the deck with a brilliant turn to get to the byline. The Frenchman then drills a low ball right across the six-yard box, but it is just too far in front of Morata for the striker to get a touch.

GOAL! Juventus 2-1 Napoli (Stefano Sturaro)

How about this for a great goal. Juventus are back in the lead thanks to a super strike from Sturaro. The midfielder collects the ball on the edge of the box, before twisting past a couple of challenges and curling a strike into the top corner. The final shot did take a slight deflection, but the build up was simply majestic.

SUBSTITUTION: Final change of the match for the hosts, with Pepe coming on for Pereyra.

CHANCE! What a huge chance this is for Napoli to score a quick equaliser. Buffon comes to claim a corner, but for once the keeper gets nowhere near the ball. It is then met by Lopez, but his header drops just inches wide of the far post.

This game is absolutely frantic at the moment and it has become incredibly stretched. As Napoli push everyone forward, they are wide open at the back and from a quick break Morata charges down the right before trying to pick out Pogba in the box, but his cross is poor and is cut out at the front post.

YELLOW CARD! Ghoulam picks up the first booking of the match for the visitors.

Juventus are keeping the ball well now as they look to see out the remainder of the match. The introduction of Pirlo has certainly helped them to regain control of the midfield, while Pogba has shown some classy touches as he continues to return to peak fitness ahead of the Champions League final.

SAVE! Napoli come close again when Mertens whips a cross in from the left that is flicked on by Gabbiadini and requires Buffon to palm the ball clear. It was a simple save for the keeper, but one that he had to make.

PENALTY APPEAL! Morata feels that he should have a penalty after being brought down inside the box by Maggio. There did appear to be contact, but the referee was quick to wave away Juventus' appeals.

There are going to be four minutes of stoppage time.

RED CARD TO NAPOLI AND PENALTY TO JUVENTUS! The visitors will end the match with 10 men after Britos is sent off for headbutting Morata inside the box. It was a moment of madness from the defender and it has surely ruined any chance his side have of getting back into the match. It has also given Juventus a penalty, which Pepe will take.

GOAL! Juventus 3-1 Napoli (Simone Pepe)

It's surely all over now, as Pepe slots in the penalty to give Juventus a three-goal lead. This could be his last appearance for the club so it a huge goal for him and the celebrations can now really begin for the Bianconeri!

FULL-TIME: Juventus 3-1 Napoli

It's all over in Turin and Juventus have seen off the challenge of Napoli go unbeaten at home for the second straight season in the league. As for Napoli, their Champions League hopes are looking slim and they need Roma to beat Lazio on Monday evening to stand any chance of qualifying.
