Gary Warren pens Inverness Caledonian Thistle contract extension

Inverness Caledonian Thistle defender Garry Warren pens a new two-year deal with the club.

Inverness Caledonian Thistle defender Garry Warren has signed a two-year contract extension at the club.

The 29-year-old's new deal with the Scottish Premiership side is due to expire at the end of the 2016-17 campaign.

Warren joined Inverness from Newport County in 2009.

"I've really enjoyed living in Inverness and playing at the top level," the Englishman told the club's official website. "Playing for this club is a real privilege. I have never been at a club before that embraces and engages with the community as we do at ICTFC.

"We may be small in numbers in comparison to other clubs but we have something special from top to bottom."

Inverness secured a fifth-placed finish in the Scottish Premiership table last season.
