Wesley Sneijder is reportedly ready to confirm his transfer to Galatasaray tonight.
The Dutchman is certain to leave Inter this transfer window, with the Turkish side the favourites to land his signature.
Sneijder has previously said that he will not be rushed into making a decision on his future, but according to Sky Sport Italia, the attacking midfielder could sign for the Istanbul outfit as early as this evening.
Sneijder has not featured for the Nerazzurri since September.
