The 23-year-old has come through the youth ranks at the Argentine club and has established himself as an important player.
According to Noticias Argentinas, Inter have sent scouts to watch Carrillo and they are preparing a €10m (£7.3m) bid to sign him in the summer.
Carrillo has scored 38 goals for Estudiantes.
