Inter Milan are reportedly in talks with Chelsea regarding a potential loan deal for striker Fernando Torres.

The Spaniard has been heavily linked with a Stamford Bridge exit due to manager Jose Mourinho's plans to buy a new forward in the summer window.

Inter have begun negotiations with the Premier League outfit, but are unwilling to cover his wages in full, according to the London Evening Standard.

Torres, who signed for the Blues in a £50m deal from Liverpool in 2011, has scored 44 goals during his time at Chelsea.
