Oxley agrees new Hull deal?

Hull City have moved to secure the immediate future of Mark Oxley by handing the goalkeeper a new two-year contract, according to reports.

The 23-year-old only made his senior debut for the club in January, but according to Sky Sports News, manager Steve Bruce has extended his stay until 2015.

The former Rotherham United stopper has enjoyed loan spells with Walsall, Grimsby Town and Burton Albion over the past few seasons.

The Tigers have registered an interest in signing another goalkeeper for their return to the Premier League, having already had a bid rejected for Leicester City's Kasper Schmeichel.
