Seyi Olofinjana joins Sheffield Wednesday

Sheffield Wednesday have completed the loan signing of Seyi Olofinjana from fellow Championship side Hull City.

The 32-year-old has struggled to hold down a regular spot in the Hull starting lineup this season and, as a result, he has been allowed to join the Owls until the end of the campaign.

He first arrived on English shores in 2004 when he joined Wolverhampton Wanderers, who were managed by current Wednesday boss Dave Jones at the time.

The Nigerian has been given the number 23 shirt at Hillsborough and will go straight into the squad for Saturday's match against Barnsley.
