Liverpool ready to sell Jay Spearing, Jonjo Shelvey?

Liverpool are reportedly ready to offload midfield duo Jay Spearing and Jonjo Shelvey this summer.

Spearing is a target for Bolton Wanderers, where he spent last season on loan, while Shelvey is wanted by Stoke City, according to The People.

Stoke were said to be keen on the 21-year-old back in January and the Potters will make a renewed bid of around £7m this summer.

Meanwhile, newly-promoted Hull City are ready to rival Bolton for the signature of midfielder Spearing, with the Reds looking for around £3m for the player.

Liverpool completed the signing of Sevilla forward Luis Alberto yesterday.
