Hearts are reportedly considering appointing an administrator at the club.

The Scottish Premier League outfit were recently hit with a transfer embargo after failing to pay their players on time.

The financially-troubled side may now enter administration ahead of the new SPL campaign, according to Sky Sports News.

Such a move could see Hearts suffer a point-deduction on top of a hefty fine.
