Greece have made four changes from the side that drew 1-1 with Poland in the opening fixture of Euro 2012.
Greece have been struggling with defensive options for this evening's second round of Group A clashes, due to Sokratis Papastathopoulos's ban as well as Avraam Papadopoulos's damaging cruciate ligament injury, which has ruled the defender out for the rest of the campaign.
Kyriakos Papadopoulos has been installed in the starting XI alongside Kostas Katsouranis, with Dimitrios Salpigidis and Kostas Fortounis both starting.
Meanwhile, Milan Baros retains his place up front for the Czech Republic, while Jaroslav Plasil and David Limbersky have entered the fray.
