Jonas scores injury-time winner for Valencia

A late goal from Jonas gives Valencia victory over Granada in their La Liga clash.

Valencia have beaten Granada 1-0 in their La Liga clash at the Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes this evening.

Diego Buonanotte had an early chance for the home side but he could only send his powerful header wide.

Granada soon had a headed opportunity of their own through Recio who put his effort past the post.

After the break Yacine Brahimi tested Diego Alves, but the Valencia goalkeeper was equal to his effort.

With the game heading towards a goalless draw, the visitors scored the winning goal in the fourth minute of stoppage time.

Sergio Canales managed to get the ball into the box from the left and Jonas was on hand to slot home to earn Valencia their second successive win.
