Getafe sign Roberto Lago

A statement on Getafe's official website has confirmed that the club have completed the signing of Roberto Lago from Celta Vigo.

It had been suggested that Lago would remain with Celta following their escape from relegation, but the 27-year-old has signed a four-year deal with Getafe.

The statement read: "Roberto Lago is a new player of Getafe. He will wear the dark blue for the next four seasons."

Lago is the club's first signing of the summer.
