Juventus, Galatasaray to resume tomorrow

Galatasaray and Juventus will continue their Champions League group stage match tomorrow after snow resulted in the fixture being abandoned.

UEFA has confirmed that the remainder of the Group B match between Galatasaray and Juventus will take place tomorrow.

Play was suspended during the first half when snow started falling in Istanbul to allow ground staff to attempt to clear the pitch, but the captains and the referee decided that conditions had become too dangerous.

The match will resume at 0-0 in the 31st minute tomorrow evening, with both players looking to secure a place in the knockout stages.

The Italian side need a point to progress from the group, while the hosts must win.
