Fulham manager Martin Jol was left with mixed feelings regarding his side's performance against West Bromwich Albion this afternoon.

Fulham manager Martin Jol has claimed that his side could not have performed any better during the opening 45 minutes at the Hawthorns this afternoon.

However, the Dutch boss was disappointed that his side failed to replicate that form after the restart as his side played out a 0-0 draw with West Bromwich Albion.

"You can't play better than we did during the first half," Jol told Sky Sports News.

"We really controlled the game but in the second half we got sloppy and gave away the initiative, which was disappointing."

The draw means that the Whites sit one place above the relegation zone by virtue of having a better goal difference than Blackburn Rovers.
