Leicester return to action for the first time since the death of owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha as they travel to face Cardiff this weekend.
There are big games elsewhere, too, as Liverpool visit Arsenal and strugglers Huddersfield and Fulham meet on Monday night.

Mourning Foxes head to Cardiff

The whole of the Premier League will pay respects to Srivaddhanaprabha ahead of their respective kick-offs this weekend. The Thai businessman was one of five people to die when his helicopter crashed just moments after taking off from the King Power Stadium following last weekend’s draw with West Ham. The outpouring will be even stronger in south Wales as Leicester take to the field for the first time, with tributes planned from both teams.
Unbeaten Liverpool face in-form Arsenal
Saturday evening sees a clash of the top four at the Emirates Stadium as Liverpool, who head into the weekend level on points with leaders Manchester City, take on the Gunners. Arsenal’s winning streak was ended with a draw at Crystal Palace on Sunday but Unai Emery’s side have still won 12 of their last 13 matches in all competition and have not tasted defeat since August 18. It promises to be an interesting evening as former Sevilla coach Emery comes up against Jurgen Klopp for the first time since getting the better of the German’s Liverpool team in the 2016 Europa League final.
Battle at the bottom at the John Smith’s Stadium
While two teams in great form meet in north London, Monday night sees Huddersfield host Fulham in what could easily be described as an early relegation six-pointer. The pair have just one win between them from their opening 20 fixtures as the league’s least potent attack comes up against the most porous defence. The Terriers are yet to score at home this season but must fancy their chances of breaking that duck against a Fulham team that has shipped 28 goals.

Manchester United travel to the south coast on Saturday morning knowing that a defeat would see the Red Devils drop six points adrift of Bournemouth. Mourinho’s men beat Everton last weekend but remain five points behind Arsenal in fifth and need to start the weekend in style. Bournemouth are riding the crest of a wave, however, with Eddie Howe’s side boasting more wins, fewer defeats, more goals and a stronger defence than their visitors.
Hughes could do with a spark against former side City
While Fulham’s trip to Huddersfield is the main fight towards the foot of the table, Southampton need to address their own poor run of results. A trip to face champions Manchester City may not be the easiest place to start but Saints boss Mark Hughes will be keen to make an impact at his former stomping ground. Southampton’s solitary Premier League win came with a 2-0 win over Crystal Palace on September 1 and they have drawn their last two, against Bournemouth and Newcastle, 0-0.
