Leroy Fer seen dining in Norwich restaurant

Speculation that Leroy Fer is close to joining Norwich City has intensified this afternoon after a picture of him eating in the club's restaurant at Carrow Road was posted on Twitter.

Recent reports had claimed that the FC Twente midfielder had travelled to Norfolk for talks over a personal terms and a medical.

While there has been no official confirmation from either club, the photograph of the 23-year-old dining at Yellows has provided the suggestion that a deal is close.

Fer almost sealed a move to Everton in January, but the Toffees pulled out because of fears over his medical results.
