Team News: Danny Ings, Jesse Lingard lead England Under-21s line

Danny Ings and Jesse Lingard lead the line for England Under-21s in this evening's clash with Wales Under-21s at the Liberty Stadium.

Burnley striker Danny Ings and Manchester United youngster Jesse Lingard have been named up front for England's Under-21 European Championships qualifying match with Wales Under-21s this evening.

The duo have been preferred to West Bromwich Albion's Saido Berahino and Harry Kane of Tottenham Hotspur by manager Gareth Southgate.

Stoke City keeper Jack Butland captains the team, which also includes Arsenal's Carl Jenkinson, Crystal Palace's Thomas Ince and Norwich City's Nathan Redmond.

Wales, meanwhile, include Cardiff City's Declan John and Southampton's Lloyd Isgrove in their starting lineup as they look to move level on points with second-placed Moldova in the group.
