Preview: Dinamo Zagreb vs. Celtic

Dinamo Zagreb vs. Celtic

Celtic complete their successful Europa League group campaign on Thursday night with a trip to Dinamo Zagreb in Group D.

The Hoops are already through to the last 32 of the competition despite suffering a 3-1 defeat at home to Red Bull Salzburg last time out.

However, the Scottish champions are destined to finish in second place behind unbeaten group winners Salzburg.

Zagreb's campaign has not gone quite as well as Celtic's, with one win and four defeats keeping the Croatians at the bottom of the standings heading into the final round of fixtures.

One of those losses came away to Celtic back in October as an early goal from Kris Commons proved to be the difference in Glasgow.

Celtic are currently enjoying a strong run of form, winning 10 of their last 12 games in all competitions. Meanwhile, Dinamo have won their last two on the bounce.

Mikael Lustig is unavailable for the visitors with a hamstring problem, while Jason Denayer and Charlie Mulgrew could also miss out. Ante Coric and Antonio Jezina are among those who will be absent for the home side.
